Smash Courts Demo & Rental Terms and Conditions

• Rental Period & Fees:
  Paddles are available to rent for up to 7 days at $10 per paddle. You may exchange your paddle within the rental week at no extra cost. A late fee of $5 per day applies if the paddle is not returned within 7 days.

• Rental Credit Toward Purchase:
  Rental fees can accumulate and be applied toward the purchase of a paddle, provided the purchase is made by December 31 of the same calendar year.

• Customer Information:
  Customers must provide valid contact information, including phone number, email, and address.

• Unreturned Paddles:
  If a paddle is not returned and we are unable to contact you, your credit card will be charged the full retail value of the paddle.

• Condition of Returns:
  Paddles must be returned in the same condition they were loaned. Damage such as cracked or dented surfaces, broken handles, or loose edge guards will result in the loss of any deposit. Normal wear like minor chips or surface scratches is acceptable.

• Availability:
  Demo and rental paddles are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Inventory is subject to change.

• Agreement to Terms:
  By taking a demo or rental paddle, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If a demo is not returned, your credit card will be charged the paddle's full retail value. If you decide to purchase a paddle, your demo fee will be refunded at the time of purchase.
