At Smash Courts, we aim to make your warranty experience smooth and supportive. We’ll help facilitate warranty claims between you and the manufacturer whenever possible. Please note that most brands require customers to contact them directly.
⏳ Warranty Timeframes
Warranty coverage varies by product category and manufacturer. Below are standard guidelines:
Product Category & Typical Warranty Period
Paddles/Racquets: 6–12 months
Bags & Accessories: 3–6 months
Footwear: 6 months (limited)
Apparel: 3–6 months
Court Equipment/Balls Case-by-case basis
All claims are subject to review and approval by the manufacturer.

Covers manufacturing defects such as:

Covers defects in stitching, seams, or materials. Does not cover damage from wear, improper fit, or misuse.

We’ll confirm receipt of your claim within 48 hours

Manufacturer response time: 2–10 business days

A $10–$15 shipping fee may apply

If a replacement is unavailable, a gift card will be issued for the full purchase value
