Return & Exchange Eligibility

In-store purchases: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

Online purchases: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

All items must be brand new, unused, and in re-sellable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

Gift cards

Clearance or final sale items
-
Demo or used items (even lightly used)

Pickleball balls
-
Route package protection
-
Footwear that has been worn

Apparel that has been washed or worn
Footwear Returns
Footwear must be new/never worn and returned in the original box and packaging, in re-sellable condition. Packaging must be unaltered.
Apparel Returns
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. No manufacturer warranty applies unless otherwise stated.
Damage During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Customers are responsible for both directions of shipping on returns.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total.

Oversized items (e.g. nets, ball machines, court equipment, bulk balls) are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items returned due to incorrect addresses or failed pickups will have shipping fees deducted.
Sale Items & Price Adjustments

Sale and clearance items are final sale—no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If a regular-priced item goes on sale within 7 days of purchase, we offer store credit for the price difference (excludes promotional sales like Black Friday or Boxing Week).
How to Initiate a Return
In-Store Purchases:
Bring the item, along with proof of purchase and original packaging, to our store during business hours.
Online Purchases:
Returns may also be made in-store. If shipping, contact us first with:

After review, we’ll confirm if your return meets policy criteria. If approved, ship your return to:
