Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns for in-store purchases may be issued within 14 days of the date of purchase, and within 30 days for on-line orders). All items returned MUST be in brand new re-sellable condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Once a product has been used, even slightly, we can no longer accept it back for exchange or refund. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept the return of used footwear, only new/never worn footwear in its original box and packaging, can be returned for a refund or credit. To be eligible for in-store returns and exchange you must have proof of purchase. We may issue a store credit or refund for return orders which can be used for both in store and online purchases.
Sale items are only eligible for exchange and store credit. All used, demo, and clearance items are final sale. There is no warranty, return or exchange on final sale items.
All in-store item returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date. If it has been longer than 14 days since it was purchased, the item will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Smash Courts at any time and at its sole discretion, reserves the right to change or modify all terms and conditions of our return and exchange policy. Smash Courts decision about whether an item is eligible or ineligible for return and exchange are final.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchange:
The item must be in brand new resellable condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns and exchange must be initiated within 14 days of the date of purchase for both in-store (and received within 30 days for online orders).
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation, is required for all returns and exchanges.

Footwear
We cannot accept the return of used footwear- only new/never worn footwear can be returned for credit or refund.
Footwear must be returned in brand new resellable condition, with all tags attached and in the same condition as it was received (in resellable condition). It must include the original manufacturer’s packaging, with no alteration or degradation to the tape, labels etc., or footwear.
Apparel
Apparel must be returned in brand new condition, with all tags attached. Items cannot be washed or worn. There is no warranty from the manufacturer for apparel items unless otherwise noted.
Returned item must be in the same condition as it was received (in re-sellable condition) including the original packaging.
We cannot accept the return of used apparel- only new/never worn apparel can be returned for credit or refund.
If an item is damaged during shipping
If your purchased item arrives defective or damaged please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date so we can attempt to rectify this.
Fine Print
For returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways (shipping to Smash Courts and back to the customer). These will be deducted from the return price. Items can be returned in-person to our store at 799 Erskine Ave, Peterborough, ON.
If orders are returned due to an incorrect address, or the customer fails to pick the order up from the courier depot, shipping fees will be deducted from the return price.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returns on oversize products, for example: nets, ball machines, court equipment, 100 balls box, etc.
Price Adjustment Policy
If within 7 days of your date of purchase, a regular priced, in-stock item goes on sale, you are eligible to receive store credit for the difference in price. We do not offer any price adjustments for items sold during promotions (i.e. boxing week, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc). To receive a price adjustment you can visit our retail location, or contact us by phone or email.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
In Store:
Please bring the item you wish to return (with its tags and original packaging), along with your proof of purchase, to our store location during store hours. We will assess the item's condition and process your return accordingly.
Online Purchases:
Online purchases may also be returned in-person to our store.
*PRIOR TO SHIPPING*, please contact us by phone or email, and provide us with the following information:
Name, Phone, and Email.
Your proof of purchase (receipts or invoice)
Reason for your return or exchange.
Detailed video and/or images from multiple angles of the item, and of any defects in particular.
After receiving this information, we will verify the authenticity of the item and its condition. In the event there is discrepancy and/or misrepresentation, or the condition does not meet our Return and Exchange policy, we will not accept it.
Once your return or exchange claim is approved, use the following shipping address to return your item. Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
