Smash Courts Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Smash Courts. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Smash Courts ships to addresses within Canada and orders may be picked up in-store during our regular store hours.

​

Shipment processing time:

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, wherever possible. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or it is during the holiday season, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing your order for shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

FREE SHIPPING:

Smash Courts offers free shipping, however the following conditions and limitations apply:

• The order total must be equal to or greater than $100 CAD before tax.

• Free Shipping is NOT valid for heavy or bulky items that have a dimensional weight greater than 4kg (8lbs) (i.e. ball hoppers, court equipment, ball machines, 100 pk balls, etc.). The shipping cost for bulky/heavy items can be viewed in the shopping cart.

• Shipments must be within Canada.

• Shipments may take 1-10 business days to arrive depending on your location. 

• Express services are available at an additional cost. 

• Limited Time Offer - Smash Courts reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time. 

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

Smash Courts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Canada.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Smash Courts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Returns Policy

Our Refund and Exchange Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.  If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect please see our ‘Product Warranty’ page.

Smash Courts is not responsible for shipping costs incurred for refunds/exchanges, incorrect addresses, failure to pick up packages and/or incorrect item selection.

Products available on the Smash Courts website may also be available at our retail store located at 799 Erskine Ave, Peterborough, ON, Canada, K9J 5V1.  On-line purchases may be returned in store, during regular store hours.
