14 Day Price Match Guarantee

Smash Courts 14-Day Price Match Guarantee

Shop with confidence at Smash Courts. If you find the same product at a lower price on our website or at an authorized Canadian retailer within 14 days of purchase, we’ll match the eligible price and issue a store credit for the difference.

How to request a price match

Speak with our Pro Shop team before purchasing, or bring your receipt within 30 days of purchase. Please provide a link to the competitor’s product page showing the current price and availability. A screenshot of the checkout total, including shipping to your address, can help us verify the offer.

Conditions and exclusions

  • Identical product: The item must be the same brand, model, model year, colour and size, where applicable.

  • Authorized Canadian retailers: The competitor must be an authorized Canadian retailer for the brand. Prices must be in Canadian dollars. Retailers outside Canada and third-party marketplace listings, including Amazon Marketplace and eBay, are excluded.

  • In stock: The competitor must have the exact item in stock and available to order when we verify your request.

  • Delivered price: We compare the price before tax, including any applicable shipping charges and mandatory fees.

  • Pro Shop merchandise only: Price matching applies to physical products. Memberships, court bookings, lessons, clinics, events, rentals and other services are excluded.

  • Publicly available prices: Coupon codes, membership-only pricing, private offers, bundles, multi-buy deals and gifts with purchase may be excluded.

  • New products only: Used, demo, refurbished, open-box, liquidation and clearance items are excluded.

  • No combined discounts: Price matching cannot be combined with Smash Courts member discounts, coupons or other promotions.

All requests are subject to verification. Pricing errors and offers that cannot be verified are not eligible.
