📋 External Coaching & Program Proposal Policy

For Coaches, Clinics, Camps, and Organizations Seeking to Operate at Smash Courts.

Smash Courts is committed to providing high-quality programming while maintaining control over the use of our facility, brand, and resources. To ensure alignment with our standards and protect the integrity of our business, all external coaching and paid programming proposals must go through a formal review and approval process.

🚦 Who This Applies To:

  • Independent coaches offering paid lessons or clinics

  • Organizations running camps, leagues, or training programs

  • Non-profits or third-party groups seeking facility access for paid programming

  • Any entity collecting payment from participants while operating at Smash Courts

✅ Peak Times:

Peak court times are our most in-demand facility hours. These hours are used in a way that best serves our members and supports the long-term sustainability of Smash Courts.

During peak times, court use is reserved for:

  1. Smash Courts member programming (leagues, ladders, clinics, events)

  2. Revenue-share partner programs approved by management

  3. Special events or tournaments

External coaches may be approved for peak time courts, under the following conditions:

  • Revenue Share Model – The program operates under a written Coach/Program Agreement with a pre-approved percentage split.

  • In-House Program Format – The program is run by Smash Courts with the coach acting as a paid coordinator or instructor.   Registration and fees go through Smash Courts.

  • All participants in peak time programs must be registered through the Smash Courts system.
